Our fees are 1% excl. VAT of the sale price, i.e. 1.21% incl. VAT, with a minimum of €2,500 excl. VAT (€3,025 incl. VAT). They are only due if your property sells.

Up to what price does the minimum apply?
Up to a sale price of €250,000, the fee is €2,500 excl. VAT (€3,025 incl. VAT). Above that, it is 1% excl. VAT of the sale price (1.21% incl. VAT).

Our model rests on a lean structure, tightly managed costs and a personal approach. Lower fees do not mean a lesser service.
What if my property does not sell?
You pay nothing: our fees are only due if your property sells.
