How much are your fees?
Our fees are 1% excl. VAT of the sale price, i.e. 1.21% incl. VAT, with a minimum of €2,500 excl. VAT (€3,025 incl. VAT). They are only due if your property sells.
Are you licensed?
Yes: estate agent licensed by the IPI in Belgium under number 518358, subject to the IPI code of ethics.
